Jeanne Kopacka has been a certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants for 35 years. Specializing in orthopedic surgery at the Cumming location, she practices in the clinic and hospital setting. She evaluates, diagnoses and treats hip and knee arthritis and fractures. In the clinic setting, Jeanne orders and interprets diagnostic studies, performs in office joint procedures, manages complex hip and knee trauma, refers to our surgeons-patients for total joint replacement and treats post-operative joint replacement recovery. She enjoys the unique collaboration of all practitioners in this practice and provides an extremely high level of patient care.
Jeanne graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1980. Her career included supervising a hospital microbiology laboratory as a Medical Technologist in Grand Forks, North Dakota. At the University of Nebraska Medical School, she completed the Physician Assistant Program and moved to Atlanta, Georgia with her husband.
Jeanne calls Alpharetta, Georgia her home and is blessed to have her three adult children move back to the area with their families. She enjoys her family, friends, travel and entertaining.
