Erin Crowson is a board certified physician assistant specializing in Orthopedics for the last 19 years. She is the Lead physician assistant at ATJS Cumming location. She manages 10 advanced practitioners. In addition, she practices in both the inpatient and outpatient setting as well as first assisting in primary total joints, reconstructive joint surgery and orthopedic fractures at Northside Forsyth Hospital. For the last two years, she has been leading the preoperative clinic in charge of preoperative education, medical optimization, and postoperative management.
Erin attended College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina on a full tennis scholarship. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She continued her education at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, where she received a Master of Health Science degree. Erin has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2003.
Erin lives in Cumming, Georgia with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She enjoys running, golf, tennis, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
